GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Which outcomes can Digital Gateway deliver?

We build and modernize products and platforms, connect systems and data, and put applied AI into operational workflows. The service is shaped around what must work for users and operators.

Can you develop a new software product?

Yes. Product and platform work can include discovery, architecture, implementation, integration, release and support, including work inside an existing technical estate.

Can you modernize legacy systems?

Yes. Modernization may involve replacing fragile workflows, migrating data and connecting old and new applications in stages to protect ongoing operations.

What does applied AI delivery include?

We build the workflow around the model: input handling, evaluation, exceptions, human review, downstream integration and monitoring. A model demonstration alone is not the end product.

Do you build document processing systems?

Yes. Document AI work can capture, extract and validate information from incoming files, route exceptions and supply structured data to business systems.

Do you build integration and high-throughput back ends?

Yes. Our work includes APIs, event-driven services, data movement and integration layers designed to operate under real traffic and connect heterogeneous systems.

Is an embedded engineer the only way to work together?

No. Delivery can be organized around a specialist, a pod or a complete workstream, with a defined scope or ongoing development. The structure follows the technical problem.

Which industries have you worked in?

Published cases cover healthcare, insurance, banking and fintech, public services, utilities, logistics and data platforms.

Can you work within a client security program?

We agree access, data handling and audit requirements before implementation. Relevant project experience includes work under HIPAA and SOC 2 controls, but certification and compliance are determined for each client system.

How should a CTO choose the right service?

Start with the result, existing architecture, integration points and operating constraints. We can then identify the workstream and the capabilities it needs.
