Most AI work stalls between the demo and production. Our job is to close that gap inside our clients' teams, with engineers who already know what breaks when real users, real data and real regulators arrive.
What we believe
Production is the only demo that counts. A feature that has not survived real traffic is a prototype.
Say no early. Sometimes the right answer is not to build AI yet. We would rather say that before the build than after.
Own the unglamorous parts. Evals, escalation, logging and monitoring decide whether AI holds up. We build them first.
Teams, not CVs. People who have shipped together deliver faster than people assembled for a contract.

Track record
Our team started as a systems-delivery company and spent over a decade building software where failure is visible: national health-insurance registries, banking systems, city-government platforms, utilities and integration buses carrying high request volumes. That work taught us the habits AI now needs: business analysis before code, QA as a discipline, staged releases, and documentation someone else can run. Today we put those habits behind applied AI: voice agents, document AI and data pipelines for healthcare, insurance and financial-services clients in North America.

Does the company work only on AI?
No. AI is one capability alongside product engineering, integration, modernization, migration and production support.
How is regulated work approached?
We map the client’s access, data, audit and operational requirements into architecture and delivery. Past work under HIPAA and SOC 2 controls is experience, not a blanket certification claim.
Can you train the people who will use a system?
Yes. End-user training, documentation and operational handover can be part of the delivery lifecycle.

Yes. The common need is a technically complex project that must meet user and operational expectations; the delivery shape changes with the organization.
