What we built
A long-term document-retention system with 4 document-processing workflows and a 200 TB records migration, on the city's shared-services platform (configurable processes, registry automation, master data, SSO, internal and external integrations).
Scope
Full cycle: analysis, iterative Scrum delivery, QA (smoke, functional, regression, integration), staging and production rollout.
